Our Philosophy

A boutique Hotel is usually small, with unique décor, design and services, many of which are equal or better than larger high-range hotels as they are offered on a more personal/direct basis to the client. Boutique hotels focus on differentiating their services and enriching their quality, to a high standard. An aim and competitive advantage, that is achievable by virtue of the hotel’s “petit” size.

One of the defining qualities of a boutique hotel is attention to detail. Every area and service is presented in a way that gives guests the sense that the hotel is”like a boutique” where art is presented for sale...Hence the term, ‘boutique hotel’. Glaros Hotel has developed further the boutique hotel concept. Handmade art, decorative pieces and items used to serve your holidays all around the hotel, when indicated with a “buy me” sign, are for sale directly to our guest.

Design in our hotel is a synthesis of custom handmade furnishings and high-end (furnishing/lighting/decorative) brands (only original designers).

Glaros offers a unique concept to its guests. We believe modern life throws too many stressful moments at you and we want you to find your centre and inner calm. For this reason we are an adult exclusive hotel for couples, honeymooners and friends alike. Our aim is to guarantee you a peaceful and tranquil holiday in our small hotel and Naxos. Therefor we can't accept families with children and groups of more than six people (one group at a time). For the same reasons, we accept only direct bookings through our online system (no intermediaries). We want you to discover our hotel, its surroundings areas (reception, piano and buffet lobby, spa tubs and outdoor breakfast areas) and its activities, and have moments to cherish. Moments, that we hope will turn into unforgettable memories.

Payment-Policy:

All payments are finalized throughout the duration of the stay or at the time of checkout.

 

A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card before your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, your credit card will be charged according to the terms of this cancellation policy, even if the cardholder-card is not physically present.

Climate Resilience Tax (tourism fee) 2€ / day, not included.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• Partial Charge: If you cancel your reservation between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

• Full Charge: The full value of your reservation will be charged in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date.

  • Early departure before the scheduled departure date.

  • No-show on the scheduled arrival date.

  • Reduction in the length of stay within 21 days of the arrival date,

Group Policy:

• Our hotel (due to its petit size and philosophy), in order to protect guests' privacy and tranquility, only accepts one group of up to six people in three double rooms at a time.

• Our hotel reserves the right to cancel any additional booking for the same dates.
