Current Covid-19 pandemic has driven us to implement special measures to ensure your and our teams’ safety.

Our hotel is certified by the Ministry of Tourism with the “Health First” certification of Greek Health Protocols for covid19 pandemic.

# Reinforced Hygiene Measures

​

We clean our hotel to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:

​

• At check in, your room and all its items, will be delivered to you disinfected, according to protocol’s procedures. Equipment and disinfection methods include:

​​

1. Certified cleaning products,

2. Certified UV-C fabric sterilizer,

3. Certified Steam Cleaner or room fogger,

4. Natural air renewal during cleaning service,

5. All linens and towels will be washed over 70° by certified laundry service company,

6. Pillows & mattresses will be equipped with protector and will be washed every new room allocation, over 70°,

7. A/C split unit and filters disinfection.

8. Certified HEPA H13 air purifier, for 30-45’ after cleaning service,

9. Hand sanitizer provided in the room

10. Room seal on doors to indicate to our valuable guests that their room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned.

• All staff is trained according to Greek Health protocols for covid19 pandemic,

• Front desk is equipped with glass protection,

• Front desk staff is equipped with face mask,

• Increased cleaning of public areas and surfaces frequently touched by guests and team members,

• 100% air renewal of common areas,

• frequent A/C split unit and filters disinfection, in common areas.

# Limited range of services

​

In an effort to reduce the risk of contamination for our guests and team members, the following services will be affected during your stay, until further notice:

​

• Our Spa tubs will continue to operate with an appointment from 20:00 to 23:00 and for one appointment in a day. Water hygiene will be checked regularly, according to the regulations of the new protocol.

• Visitors in the room, are not allowed!

• Breakfast buffet area is accessible only by one room at a time and by wearing and face mask (provided by us).

# COVID-19 Testing & General Medicine Services 

​

As part of the Health & Safety measures against COVID-19, our hotel has partnered with "HealthCare Naxos":

​

•  Molecular examination (PCR), by appointment either on-site or at "HealthCare Naxos" and issuance of a health certificate, within 24-48 hours. 

• Rapid antibody testing by appointment either on-site or at "HealthCare Naxos" and issuance of a health certificate, within 20 minutes.

• Doctor on-site upon request, tending to all medical needs of staff and guests.
